How do I forecast market move

It is been few years that I screen both bullish and bearish technical signals of different technical indicators for all stocks in the market, then I started to notice the number of bullish stocks against bearish stocks of the same indicator, it is like some kind of balance between the forces, this balance gives me a sense of market sentiment.
